Dorian Young
Dorian has spent their whole life around pets and especially dogs. Their first job in high school was at a local pet store and they took off from there. They spent several years in staff, supervision, and management positions at a local Bay Area dog daycare and boarding facility before starting work contracting as an off-leash group dog hiker in 2010. They quickly realized their adeptness and talent in the field and not long after that, they founded the partnership alongside their lifelong best friend, Kat. It’s been a tremendous decade-plus with their company and they love the work!
Kat Soto
Kat grew up in Oakland and has always loved taking care of animals. Big, small, feathered, and scaled! She got her first dog job at 18 and never looked back. Just like Dorian, she spent time in different management positions, learning not only how to take care of dogs, but how to work with colleagues to get the job done. She also has experience working in pet retail and veterinary offices. I’m addition to working with dogs professionally she has also spent time volunteering at Oakland Animal Services caring for and training shelter dogs and the Marine Mammal Center rehabilitating stranded and sick elephant seals and sea lions.

We’re flexible!
Get a last-minute day off and want to spend it out with your dog? No problem! Need to add a day to your usual schedule? We can usually accommodate add-ons.
